Scott Wait is a shareholder in the firm RS Wait, Chtd. Certified Public Accountants and Management Consultants. He focuses on assisting small & medium-sized businesses with Business Financial Management services such as Business Succession and Exit Planning, CFO management services, and tax services.

Mr. Wait has 18 years experience in public accounting and has nine years experience in sales management and customer service in the commercial printing industry.

Mr. Wait regularly writes articles on issues of Business Valuation, Exit Strategy, and Tax Planning issues in the Northern Nevada Business Weekly and the Record Courier, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Nevada.

Mr. Wait received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona at Tucson. He is the Vice President of the Estate Planning Council of Reno, Nevada; a Managing Director The McLean Group, an investment banking firm to the middle market; and a member of two local Toastmaster chapters.
