We are excited for our Annual May Event at the Club at Rancharrah. The Event will start at 12pm with registration and refreshments. Speakers’ presentation starts at 1pm and go until 4/4:30. After the presentations, we will have Happy Hour with drinks and appetizers.
QSBS Planning: Packing, Stacking & Tracking
This program will delve into estate and tax planning opportunities utilizing the Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) gain exclusion under IRC §§1202 and 1045. We will explore sophisticated strategies for maximizing the QSBS exclusion, including entity structuring, trust and gift planning, multi-taxpayer stacking, and compliance and documentation practices. The presentation will also address many of the unanswered questions for QSBS including SAFE holding period, ownership of subsidiaries, and treatment of carried interest. Attendees will gain actionable insights to help clients capture and preserve QSBS benefits throughout the business lifecycle.
