Matt Gray from McDonald Carano Wilson, LLP and Julia Gold from the Law Offices of Julia S. Gold, P.C. will provide an overview of the new legislative changes effecting Nevada probate, guardianship and trust law. The legislation was effective October 1, 2009. Julia and Matt recently gave a three hour seminar for the State Bar on this topic, they will condense that three hour talk to fit our time limits.
