As professional advisors, we often counsel our clients on the need to engage in business succession planning.  But, have we ever applied that same advice to our own practices and considered what will happen to our clients and firms when the upcoming “silver tsunami” hits?  This presentation will discuss the potential impact of an advisor’s retirement, disability, or death on the clients, what happens to the practice itself, and the “best practices” that every advisor should have in place to weather the eventuality of a practice succession.”

We invite all of our members and welcome you to bring your non-estate planning colleagues who may personally be considering these issues.

Mr. Stone has been practicing in the State of Nevada since 1993 and provides legal counsel and services to affluent clients in the areas of wealth preservation strategies, estate planning, probate and estate administration, federal income and estate tax law, business and commercial law, business organizations (including nonprofits), succession planning, and asset protection planning (domestic and international).  Craig is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, he attended Christian Brothers University in Tennessee where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude, 1990). He subsequently attended the School of Law at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree (1993).
