Carson City Breakfast Meeting - Nevada's ABLE Act program by Bryce Rader
Bryce L. Rader will be presenting an introduction to Nevada's ABLE ("Achieving a Better Life Experience") Act program.
Bryce L. Rader, a partner and shareholder of the law firm, practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, disability planning, probate, trust administration following death or disability and long term care planning, including guardianships and other disability planning matters.
With a law degree and a Master of Health Administration from the top health law program in the nation, Saint Louis University, Mr. Rader began his career in public service with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners. He then worked for the Governor's Office, Consumer Health Assistance as Deputy Chief Ombudsman. Mr. Rader focused on his current areas of practice in 2003. He is a frequent lecturer on such topics as Revocable Living Trusts, Disability Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Trust Administration.
Mr. Rader is a member of the National Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, Wealth Counsel, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Northern Nevada Estate Planning Council, and the Washoe County Bar Association. He is also member of the Probate, Trust, and Elder law sections of the state bar and a founding member of the Washoe County Probate Bar Association. Additionally, he is a Fellow with the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys and has achieved the coveted AV peer review rating with Martindale-Hubbell signifying the highest rating possible for ethical standards and professional ability. Mr. Rader currently participates on the Planned Giving Advisory Council at the University of Nevada Reno.
