When the values of a donor and an institution align there is an opportunity for a sound planned giving strategy. Our presenter Aaron Fricke, Esq will review the fundamentals of the most common planned gifts (e.g., Bequests, CGA’s, CRT’s), as well as other techniques (e.g., Flip NICRUT's), while emphasizing the overarching themes and techniques of a sound planned giving strategy.

Aaron Fricke, Esq, most recently served as Director of Gift Planning in the Office of Development at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana (September 2012 to August 2014), where he advised friends of the University in how to make the most of their personal wealth and their estate planning, while transacting many millions of dollars of structured gifts annually to Notre Dame.  Aaron founded Fricke Law Ltd. focusing his practice on four interrelated areas: (1) Tax, Trust & Estate Planning and Wealth Management, (2) Business and Corporate Practice with an emphasis on small to midsize enterprises, as well as start-ups, (3) Probate & Trust Administration, and (4) General Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution, including Probate matters.
